Total Quality Management reduces defects in the system to zero. We firmly believe this and practice it at on a daily basis. Quality is built in before the job starts.

We have successfully procured contracts with which we fully comply with the customer's own quality procedures and standards.

Environmental Statement

All spent chemicals and waste materials are collected and disposed of through authorised contractors. Usage of material that is not biodegradable is reduced to a minimum if a recognised substitute does not exist.

The Company's use of energy is regularly monitored and controlled to ensure efficient usage. Heat generated during the production process is circulated throughout the factory and augmented as required by modern space heaters. Electricity used for power and lighting is controlled through the use of appropriate modern fittings and installations. Main draws are timed to utilise off-peak supplies an regulated using power factor correction.

Production equipment, fitted with acoustic hoods where appropriate, is regularly maintained and monitored to ensure it operates within existing legislation and best workforce protection practices.

All our waste paper and cardboard is forwarded back into a recycling system to be converted back into use for new products.
